June 15 Food & Beverage Vendor Ticket
Beverage Vendor Spots are Sold Out for June 15 Show.
Food Vendors are still able to secure a spot.
After ticket purchase, first time Reno Antique Faire vendors must download the Food & Bev Application and email it to info@renoantiquefaire.com
You may also print and mail the completed app to the address provided. Once we’ve processed your reservation, we will reach out within 3-5 business days regarding your submission.
Please Note: Purchasing a Food & Beverage ticket does not guarantee booth approval. We carefully review all applications to ensure a balanced variety of food and alcohol vendors due to space limitations. If we are unable to accommodate your booth—for example, due to too many vendors selling similar items—you will receive an email notification and a full refund.
If you do not have a Reno business license, you must purchase the $20 Special Event Permit, which is available as an add-on below checkout. We will submit the permit to the City of Reno on your behalf. A Reno representative will be on-site to verify permits during the event. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from this permit fee.
Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements, as well as collection of all sales taxes, and shall hold Faire Operator harmless for any regulatory breach.
